Foss Cup 1995
We had the good fortune to be able to attend the 1st Annual
Foss Cup in Bellevue, Washington on September 17, 1995. For an
initial event it was very well attended: 72 Boats! Congratulations
to the Northwest R/C Ship Modelers:
Specifically Steve O'Connell and Mike Moor (the two stunned
gentlemen above). A great job well done! It was a lot of work
but worth it! See you in San Francisco someday, we hope!
Burnaby B.C. was well
represented by Brian Dean, Ron Burchett (getting a push below)
and Lorne Scott. Beautiful and efficient boats and equipment!
Just what we've come to expect of the B.C. boaters.

Though this was the Foss Cup, Crowley's fleet was represented
by the Tug Navigator, a 51in. interpretation of the Invader Class
group of Crowley Marine Services.{below}. Oh, in the front, that's
one of the many Foss boats represented there. The Kuparuk River
and Snake River represented other Crowley boats.

The Spokane Modellers were represented by Jack Shetter and
his Miss Q, a masterful piece of workmanship & detail.

A very good event all around. Look here for more details and
photos as soon as we receive their newsletter and transfer it
onto the NET.
Foto Info
For those of you interested, these photos were processed onto
disk by the Konica group and converted to .bmp's and then converted
to smaller GIF's. We will try "jpegs" on the next round.
