We'll pass on information from various organizations that we run into such as TES The Tugboat Enthusiasts Society. There's a site in Baltimore which details the refurbishment of a small working tug into a liveable tug, the Wildflower. He links us up to the International Retired Tugboat Association. He also mentions the famous Olympia Harbor Days where they race tugboats, retired and working.
